Jesus is The Word Made Flesh – Lesson 7 2024
God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit worked as One to Create the Heavens and the Earth.
I like to read Genesis 1: 3 in this way:
Then God spoke The Word and said, “Let there be light” and the Spirit moved and there was light.
God is Spirit. He does not have flesh and blood like humans. He does not have the physical limitations of a human body. God is not limited in time and space. God is a spiritual being. We cannot see Him.
John 1:18 KJV No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
Jesus was God before He ever received a physical body. Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, is The Word that became flesh and blood.
God is spirit. The Bible tells us that God has a will. His will is for us to know Him. God has emotions of personality, including love, compassion and anger. God is the source of all life.
God is spirit and we must worship Him in spirit and truth. We are able to do this with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus, The Word Made Flesh
John 1:1-5 KJV 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
John 1:14 KJV 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
WHO WAS WITH GOD? JESUS
WHO IS THE WORD? JESUS
WHO IS GOD? JESUS
THEREFORE, WHO IS THE CREATOR? JESUS!
WHO IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD? JESUS!
Genesis 1:3-5 KJV
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
